All currently existing services and any their development and/or adding new ones is the subject of this UA. You understand and agreed that all the services are provided “as they are”, and that FindPhoto.org is not restponsible for any delays, failures of bugs ,wrong or delayed delivery, removing or losing any personal information.

To use the services provided by FindPhoto.org you should agree to provide only true, exact and full information about you self which is required in the registration forms and keep it up to date. In case of doubt that the information provided by you is wrong, inaccurate or incomplete, the administration has a right to cancel your account or disable your access to any part of services provided at FindPhoto.org.

During the registration you create and provide your username and password for your user account which will give you access to your personalised part of FindPhoto.org. You also agree that you are the author of photographs posted by you, and the owner of copyright for these images

Uploading, sending by e-mail, forwarding, or making the information in another way available to public access, threatening, insulting, harmful, discredit, vulgar, obscene, slanderous, disturbing one’s right to private life, provocative violence or racial recrimination, as well as any other antisocial behaviour;


2. Faking any data or information threads corresponding to FindPhoto.org;

Uploading, sending by e-mail, forwarding, or make in another way available to public access any information for which you don’t have a right to make available to public access according to or a any law of contract or any activity like person empowered to act for smb.(for example, private company information, which been obtained in time working for smb.)


4. Uploading, sending by e-mail, forwarding, or make in another way available to public access any information which violate any patent, trademark, commercial classified information, copyright or other ownership rights(all mentioned above will be called later as “Rights”);


5. Uploading, sending by e-mail, forwarding, or make in another way available to public access any information which containing any not requested by receiver information, such as adverts, spam, network marketing, etc;


6. Uploading, sending by e-mail, forwarding, or make in another way make available to public access any information that is contain viruses, or other data created to interrupt, delete or limit any function of any software products of hardware equipment ;


7. Breaking the right of other users to communicate or in another way influent the right negatively of other users work online in real time mode;


8. Violating or breaking the normal work of the web site, the web servers or the networks connected to the Service, or obeying to the requirements or procedures of the networks regulations connected to the Service;


9. Purposefully or not obeying local or international law(including any instructions, being in the borce of law but not limiting by the mentioned above) ;


10. Collect or keep personal data of other users.

You confirm that FindPhoto.org das not carry out preliminary selection of Content transmitted or posted by user, but that FindPhoto.org and its officials have a right to (in their own opinion) without contacting the user deny access, change or remove any Information, that is public at FindPhoto.org . You agree that you must understand and carry all risks about using any Information obtained at the website FindPhoto.org, including any assurances about exactness, completeness and bull and value of such Information

You agree not to not try to reproduce, repeat or copy, sell or resell and not to use for any commercial purposes any parts of the services of FindPhoto.org, or using services or access to them without permission of FindPhoto.org. The current Agreement and all the conditions of functioning and using the website FindPhoto.org make up a full agreement between the partners. The legislation of Russian Federation is applicable to legal relationship between partners.
